  • They both come in four color options, although they are not the same. They also come in special editions.

Although both come with interchangeable straps and uses the same mechanism to fasten via a buckle, Fitbit Alta has colored ones while Fitbit Charge 2 has metal ones.  Moreover, Alta HR comes in the form of a bangle to make it look like jewelry.

The Charge 2 offers GPS which can use your phone and map your running or walking. Guided breathing is another additional feature that offers personalized breathing that is based on the heart rate and cardio fitness level.

Battery Life

Alta HR is capable of providing 7 days of battery life while Charge 2 gives only five.
