Dried sausages or sausages with strong flavors make a good addition to cheese platters or rice dishes like fried rice.

A hot dog is a type of sandwich with a sausage in a split roll. Some even consider it as a type of sandwich. Sometimes, the name hot dog refers to the sausage itself. Also, it’s important to know that the type of sausage we use in a hot dog is a wiener or a frankfurter. Moreover, these sausages are usually thinner or slimmer. Pork and beef are the traditional meats in hot dogs. Some people also make sausages from chicken or turkey due to their low cost.
