The 10BASE-T has a speed up to 10Mbps. 100BASE-T supports up to 100Mbps and 1000BASE-T has a speed up to 1000Mbps. When a computer with 10BASE-T NIC connects to a 100BASE-T network, then the device can send and receive data at a speed of 10Mbps.
