However, when you come back to your home network (Home Country), you won’t be able to connect to your original network provider. This is because of the carrier selection made manually in your phone. How to reset network/carrier settings in iPhone 5/6
In your iPhone, go to settings, then select general. In general settings, go down to the bottom and select reset. It will take you to reset selection where a lot of choices are there. You need to select only the reset network settings from that menu. It will request for the passcode and you enter your 4 digit passcode to reset the network settings. Once you reset the network configuration, the carrier selection would be automatic according to the default configuration, and you can connect to you your network.
Step 1 – Go to Settings
Step 2 – Select Reset
Step 3 – Select Reset Network Settings
It will request for the passcode.
Step 4 – Enter your 4 digit passcode to reset the network settings
Once you reset the network configuration, the carrier selection would be automatic according to the default configuration, and you can connect to you your network.
