What is Cappuccino

A cappuccino is a popular Italian coffee made with espresso, steamed milk, and milk foam. Espresso is a highly concentrated, bittersweet coffee. The ratios of the ingredients are 1/3 espresso, 1/3 milk, and 1/3 milk foam. So it contains equal parts of espresso, milk, milk foam. To make a cup of cappuccino, you have to first pour the espresso into the coffee cup and then fill it with milk and steamed milk foam. You can make the steamed milk using the milk steamer on your espresso machine. In fact, traditional cappuccinos have a 2cm thick layer of foam on top.  Furthermore, if you order a dry cappuccino, you will get a cappuccino with more form, but if you order a wet cappuccino, you will get a cappuccino with more milk.

Cappuccino has a creamy, rich, and smooth taste and texture. More interestingly, it is somewhere between a macchiato and a latte. Frappuccino is the name given by Starbucks to a cold coffee blend. It’s a trademark of Starbucks. The name Frappuccino is a blend of the two words: frappe and cappuccino. A Frappuccino typically consists of a coffee or crème base, mixed with ice and other ingredients like flavoured syrups, and then topped with whipped cream and or spices. The syrups and toppings all depend on the type of Frappuccino you order. Cream Frappuccinos have no coffee, while coffee Frappuccinos do.

Moreover, cream Frappuccino has varieties like caramel cream Frappuccino, vanilla cream Frappuccino, chocolate cream Frappuccino, Chai cream Frappuccino blended cream, White chocolate cream Frappuccino, and Double chocolaty chip Frappuccino.
